Dennis Harris

A certified accountant with over 40 years of experience both locally and internationally, Dennis brings an unparalleled wealth of experience and knowledge in the area of finance and strategic business management.  Dennis served as the Managing Director of Unicomer (Jamaica) Limited (which trades as Courts, LuckyDollar, Ashley, Ready Cash and Radio Shack) from 2011 until his retirement in August 2021.  He was also the Executive Leader of the Courts USA stores in New York and was the Chairman of Trustees for the company’s pension plan.

Prior to his appointment as Managing Director, he served as Regional Finance Director of Courts Caribbean with responsibility for Finance, Consumer Credit and IT, and before that as Deputy Managing Director of the Courts Jamaica operations with responsibilities that included Marketing, IT and Consumer Credit.

Dennis qualified as an accountant (FCCA) in the UK and before his return to Jamaica worked as Finance Director in the United Kingdom including finance oversight of a Dutch subsidiary.

In addition to his position on the JMMB Group Board, Dennis also Chairs the Board of JMMB Bank Jamaica and the Group Board Risk Committee.

Dennis also serves as an Independent Director of Sagicor Financial Company Limited (SFC), which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and Gallagher Caribbean Group Limited, the largest insurance brokers in the Caribbean. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee for SFC as well as Chairman of the Board for MYNElend Jamaica Limited.

Zoe Lawrenson

Zoe Lawrenson

Zoë is a founding member of the MyneLend team. She currently works full time for Liberty Latin America, since 2018 having previously worked for the Liberty family in London.  Zoë is currently leading Fintech for LLA, but also focuses on ventures investing, portfolio management, strategy development and M&A with over 10 years experience across Telecommunications and Finance industries. She is based out of Miami. Prior to Liberty, Zoë was in investment banking at BofAML. She has a degree in biochemical engineering from University College London and in her spare time loves to Dance.

Claudine Tracey

Claudine Tracey

Claudine joined the JMMB Group team as Group Chief Strategy Officer in 2016, bringing a well-decorated career in risk management, strategic management, business analytics, project management, compliance and product development to bear on the role. As the Group Chief Strategy Officer, she is tasked with providing strategic leadership and innovative solutions to create and unlock opportunities for sustainable organic and inorganic growth and value for all stakeholders. She is also tasked with leading the Group’s client experience design and supporting the execution of its client partnership activities. Claudine holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and Psychology and Banking and Finance, respectively, from the University of the West Indies, Mona. These are complemented by certification in International Risk Management, and Mergers and Acquisitions. She is also an Accredited Director and the chairperson of Turner Innovations and sits of the Boards of Innovate 10X and MYNElend Jamaica Limited. Additionally, she sits on the Finance Committee for the Council of Voluntary Social Services. She is a passionate advocate for the MSME community and serves the sector in many areas including as a business mentor.

William Brierly

William Brierly joined Liberty Latin America (a NASDAQ-listed (LILA) telecommunications company) in January 2018 as our Head of Compliance and Ethics. In this role, William specializes in counseling our Board of Directors and executive leaders on ethical business practices and in designing and operating an effective culture of compliance for all of our over 10,000 employees operating in over 40 countries.

Before joining Liberty Latin America, William was the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for CH2M, a global engineering and project management firm with over 25,000 employees located in over 90 countries. During each year of William’s tenure at CH2M, the Ethisphere Institute selected CH2M as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies®.

Prior to his role at CH2M, William served as the Head of Legal Affairs and Secretary for TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed (TTEC) business process services company, where he led the Legal and Compliance Departments for TeleTech’s 40,000 employees operating in 18 countries.

William also worked as an in-house lawyer for Nextel Communications focusing on cell tower development and commercial litigation. William also served as an associate attorney at Davis, Graham and Stubbs, LLP where his practice focused on antitrust and commercial litigation, and Otten Johnson, Robinson, Neff & Ragonetti, PC where his practice focused on commercial and land use litigation.

Glaister Cunningham

Mr. Cunningham is currently employed to the National Water Commission as the Vice President Enterprise Development & Performance Monitoring where he supports the areas of Public-Private Partnerships & Project Financing, Information & Communication Technologies, Business Planning & Research and the Project Management Office. He is a registered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, client management, contract administration, operations policy, procurement and financial management. His strategic insights and analytical skills will greatly benefit our company’s financial planning and decision-making processes.

Linley Reynolds

Linley Reynolds

Mr. Reynolds has extensive experience in the banking sector, having served as Branch Manager at Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) and Assistant General Manager with Scotia Jamaica Building Society. His role involved managing branch operations, customer relations, and ensuring compliance within the banking regulations. He also held the position as Deputy Chairman of the NSWMA up to January 2024 and still holds the position of Chairman of the Finance Committee. During this period the organization was transformed and gained awards in Governance. His expertise in financial management and customer service will be invaluable to our board. Linley is also an Elder of Grace Missionary Church and a Director of the Missionary Church Association in Jamaica.
